For our Christmas card this year I had this vision in my mind and I was telling myself it wouldn’t turn out as I had in my head and to just let it be what it would be…
I had no idea how much fun the kids would have with the fake snow; how happy it would make them.
Well except for Charlotte who was scared of it after being yanked out of bed from her nap before the sun went down.
I only took a few shots of the older kids because I already have so many of them.
But the younger boys were being so cute that I snapped away… be patient…
And then there was Charlotte. Who hated the snow. And who hated her letter “S” even more than the snow and pushed it away from her.
Which is why we ended up with a cracker in this:
Because our only other two options were with the “u” being pushed away and it wasn’t quite upright enough:
But other than that cracker… it was pretty much what I had in mind. (Although more work.) I think we’ll do cards every OTHER year…
MERRY CHRISTMAS, friends!! We’re thankful for our God Who was and is and IS TO COME!
