If anyone read their Orlando Sentinel today you would have noticed that the Magic Arena (aka 'TD Waterhouse Centre') has officially changed their name to the Amway Arena.

Yes, you read that right - the Amway Arena.

For those not familiar with Amway, it was pretty much a multi-level marketing company that made many people rich who joined at the beginning and made many people broke who joined at the end. It's a typical scam that was eventually deemed illegal by the United States government.

How did this happen? Well, the owner of the Orlando Magic was also the co-founder of Amway and he wanted it that way.

As a resident of Orlando, FL I have only one request to go along with this name change:

Could they please make the arena pyramid shaped?
